Globally Inspired. Entirely Plant-Based.

Chef Vaknin draws from years of building some of New York’s most acclaimed vegan concepts to create a menu that doesn’t belong to any single culinary tradition. Each dish moves across continents with confidence: Middle Eastern spice, Korean heat, Moroccan technique, Japanese precision. The shared plates format is intentional. This is food designed to be passed around a table.

From the dinner menu:

  • Spicy Tuna Cones with Korean chili, toasted cayenne, and charred black sesame
  • Crispy Lamb Pockets with cinnamon, cumin, chili garlic, and creamy tahini
  • Miso Glazed Short Ribs slow-braised with sake-soy reduction and whipped mashed potatoes
  • Lamb Tagine over couscous with preserved lemon, roasted almonds, and chickpeas
  • Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake with toasted pistachio, cashew, and kataifi noodles
  • Passionfruit Tart with apricot curd, almond orange blossom cream, and gold leaf

The full menu is kosher certified, meaning guests with different dietary requirements can share the same table without compromise. Weekend brunch runs its own dedicated menu Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 3:30pm, featuring dishes like Eggplant Shakshuka with crumbled feta and lemon thyme, Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast on housemade sourdough, and Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes layered with miso caramel and torched meringue.

A Cocktail Program Built in the Same Kitchen

The bar at Reverie operates with the same standards as the kitchen. Cocktails are built around house-infused spirits, artisanal syrups, and seasonal produce, and the list changes to reflect what’s actually worth drinking right now.

The Volcanic Garden layers mezcal, Korean chili-infused agave, pineapple, and St-Germain, finished with chili oil. The Sunbeam combines ricotta-infused tequila with mango, passionfruit cream, and Frangelico. The Celestial Jam is a clarified milk punch anchored by peanut butter whiskey, mixed berries, and Amaro Nonino. For guests not drinking alcohol, the spirit-free menu is crafted with the same level of care and reads nothing like an afterthought.

The wine list spans organic and natural producers across Israel, Italy, France, Spain, New Zealand, and California. Craft beers and specialty coffees round out a bar program that gives guests every reason to stay.

The Room

Designed in collaboration with Studio RB, the Reverie dining room is rooted in a biophilic aesthetic with genuine global character. Rough plaster walls, terracotta surfaces, and handcrafted tiles establish the foundation. Brass, marble, and velvet add warmth and depth. Lighting comes from handmade Turkish ceramics. The walls are lined with pots sourced from 23 countries through LA-based Berbere Imports, and the bathrooms feature hammered patina brass sinks from Morocco.

It is the kind of space where the design holds up to a long dinner. Intimate without being cramped, elevated without feeling stiff.

Private Dining and Large Groups

Reverie accommodates private and large group dining for celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions. Parties of 11 to 25 guests can book a prix-fixe family-style experience directly through Resy, with a Premium A La Carte upgrade available for an additional $20 per person. Groups of 25 or more are accommodated as private or semi-private events.
